Wine tanksThe Chena® liquid monitoring system answers many questions that have remained unanswered by the traditional food and beverage process technologies. It keeps process operators constantly informed of the state of the process and helps them accurately analyze the electro-chemistry in liquids.
The technology refines the existing process data and relays results instantly to user-friendly operator interfaces that visualize the data, making it easy and fast to interpret.

Most beverages are approximately 90% water. In fact, the beverage industry uses between 3 and 15 litres of water for each litre of beverage produced. Water is used not only in the finished product, but also for production, washing of the production equipment etc. Good consistent water quality is one of the main concerns of the beverage industries. The quality of the water used plays the key role in determining the taste of the final product, for good quality water guarantees a balanced and pleasant taste. And every litre saved in the production process saves money and helps reduce the burden on the environment.
